RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of merchandise delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at christina@belovedbeads.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and condition of the package to be delivered in good condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notity you by email when your return has been processed
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATIONS
1. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange or store credit.
2. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
3. Product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. Customer to email for Return approval and provide photographs to show condition of product. Once product is received, it is inspected prior to processing exchanges and store credit. Beloved Beads will email you if your exchange or store credit has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, a store credit will be available for your use in 3-7 business days.
4. Custom Made to Order and Custom fit items are not allowed for return.
5. Returns for store refund are not allowed. Exchanges or Store Credit are only allowed.
6. Damaged on product caused by improper use cannot be exchanged or receive store credit.
7. Items sent to vou as a Replacement/Exchange are Final sales. An item can only be exchanged once.
8. Returns are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.
9. Returns are not allowed due to inaccurate delivery address.
10. If a piece arrives damaged or with manufacturing detects, return policy allows customers to get a replacement or store credit.
All decisions made by Beloved Beads are Final.
